The Wilson Workforce & Rehabilitation Center Campus located in Fisherville, Virginia (Augusta County) will soon be home to a Hershel “Woody” Williams Medal of Honor Foundation Gold Star Families Memorial Monument. This project has been initiated by American Legion Post 188 Harrisonburg,Virginia; American Legion Post 13 Staunton, Virginia with the support of The Augusta County School Board.

The Shenandoah Valley Gold Star Families Memorial Monument will honor families of servicemen and women preserving the memory of the fallen, and stand as a stark reminder that Freedom is not Free. The Foundation (Fed Non-Profit ID #06-1840409) and American Legion Post 188 (Fed Non-Profit ID # 54-1492414) are Federal Non-Profit 501c3 organizations.
