The Mountain Island Day Mariner Foundation invites you to become a permanent part of the new Education Building by purchasing a commemorative brick to recognize moments and memories for family, friends and community partners of MID.


Create a lasting memory by honoring MID family or friends with a personalized engraved brick. This is a unique opportunity for parents, grandparents, alumni, and faculty to make a lasting tribute commemorating support of Mountain Island Day School and its students. For only $60 or $100 you can purchase a personalized brick paver that will last for generations to come. The commemorative bricks will be placed near the entrance and along the walkways of the new building. They will be an ever lasting way to honor Mariner graduates, alumni, favorite teachers, student accomplishments, share inspirational quotes, and school pride.

Bricks proceeds support the construction of the new campus and are tax-deductible. The walkway brick 4"x8" is $60 and the walkway brick 8"x8" is $100. The 4"x8" brick will have 3 lines of text and the 8"x8" brick will have 6 lines of text with the option of the school crest.

Your brick donation is Tax Deductible, please retain your receipt for tax purposes. Many large companies offer Matching Gift Programs. These programs will typically match, dollar for dollar, contributions made by their employees to MID Mariner Foundation.

Most Matching Gift Programs generally consist of four steps:

1. Employee makes a monetary contribution to MID Mariner Foundation.
2. Employee submits a matching gift request to their Employer
(using MID Mariner Foundation Tax-ID# 45-4997770).
3. MID Mariner Foundation is contacted by the Employer to validate the matching gift request.
4. Employer issues a check to MID Mariner Foundation.
