Brick Drive--Peace Officer Pavilion at Hoing-Rice Complex.

We are quickly approaching the 35th anniversary of Hoing & Rice Complex, in September 2019. The Waterloo Softball Association is inviting all past players, supporters & fans to purchase a brick and etch your name or the memory of a peace officer, fire fighter, family member, team mate, team sponsors or championships, into this facility's historic past and its future improvements. Facility upgrades will include the building of a 35 x 60 Peace Officer Pavilion, new active duty/line of duty death memorials for Waterloo Police, Waterloo Fire Rescue & Black Hawk County Sheriff's, additional overhead fencing for spectator safety and infield playing surface upgrades. Personalized bricks make a great gift to recognize all those who have enjoyed playing softball at Hoing-Rice Complex.

These improvements will benefit the entire community just like our public safety officers due every day and will serve the community for the next generations to come.
